D.Lovers is a singer and songwriter. R&B and AfroBeatz are the genres he trades musically but he displays versatility in every angle.
Born in Takoradi and raised in Ashaiman. He had his Primary School Education in Myoung Barracks in Takoradi, Junior High School Education at Wilhelm Educational Complex, Ashaiman and continued to Ghana Seconday Technical School (GSTS) in Takordi. He further went ahead to study Journalism at Ghana Institute of Journalism, Accra and is currently pursing a Degree in Public Relations as well.
Music has always been his first love and he believes in serving audience with good food for their soul. Also, the music genius seeks not only to entertain but to inspire the youth to love and believe in their dreams through his musical journey.
D.Lovers started doing renditions of popular foreign songs in the early stages of his caeer which earned him the title “King Of Covers” after his music got featured consecutively on YFM. Followed up with an EP dubbed, “The Renditionist” which featured some of his favourite covers after which a couple of his own songs, Wonti Ase, My Lover, Be My Quarantine, Stonebwoy & Shatta Wale, etc, were released.
D.Lovers is currently promoting his latest EP dubbed “Tadi Born Ashaiman Bred”.
